1. Start your day right

The actress states the fact that she never misses her breakfast how much ever busy her mornings are. She says “If you don’t break your fast you are not doing good to your brain and body. I like to keep it simple – and quick.” A bowl of fresh fruits like apples, mango, and almond milk is her favorite breakfast bowl.  Porridge or two whole eggs – omelet, boiled or scrambled on some other days.

2. Eat right

It’s all about eating good fats and smart carbs. Shilpa Shetty’s Diet plan for weight loss does not believe in starving.  Few changes in the food habits have given the actress good results like switching to coconut milk and other energy-producing foods that are not stored in the body as fats. Coconut milk is wholesome and also works for those who are lactose-intolerant. She says, “You have to add foods in your diet that keeps you full and at the same time maintain your weight and give you a natural glow.”

3.  Yoga

Yoga is the only form of exercise that gives you a strong body and a sound mind. So, why not? Shilpa combines yoga with a bit of functional training and animal crawl which is her latest fitness mantra to make her daily routine. 

 

4. Low sugar

Shilpa tries to keep her breakfast as low on sugar as possible. She uses natural sweeteners like honey or powdered jaggery, coconut sugar, etc. and the natural sweetness of the fruits. She steers absolutely away from processed sugar which is very harmful to the body.

5. Dinner time

The actress makes sure that she does not eat after 8 pm and ensures that her last meal is consumed 3 hours before bedtime.

1. Almond milk

Almond milk being free from sugar, dairy, soy, and other artificial ingredients nourish you with Vitamin B12, calcium, vitamin D, dairy milk.

2. Flax Meal

Apart from being easy to cook, flax meal has yum taste. Dense in omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, and fiber, the food item provides you adequate nourishment.

3. Raw nut butter

Besides being free from sugar, raw nut butter contain nutrient-packed nuts. You can eat processed food without being worried about the circumference of your waist.
