It’s interesting, isn’t it? And, if there is no bakery around your house, don’t feel low, dear mummies! All you need is some basic ingredients at home. Doesn’t it sound easy? Well, you’re in luck ’cause we used our yummy cookies to make the most effortless and healthy cheesecake.

“Will it come out well?”- Is that what you are wondering? You just take a slice and it melts in your mouth, and you won’t stop smiling.

So read on and find out how we make yummy fruit cheesecake dessert using healthy snacks, such as cookies made of real butter!

Fruit Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1. Two boxes of Slurrp Farm Oats, Honey & Banana Cookie

2. One cup sliced Strawberries

3. One cup sliced mangoes

4. Grapes, green

5. Raspberries

6. One cup granulated brown sugar or jaggery (2 cups)

7. 2 Cup cream cheese

    Method:

    1. Crush the cookies and put it in a baking pan with parchment paper, make sure the cookie crumbs are pressed flat and keep in the fridge for 10 mins

    2. Mix the sugar, cream cheese, and assorted fruits and mix well (leave some slices of fruits for later)

    3. Pour mixture onto the cookie crumb based and leave in the fridge for 30 mins

    4. After letting it cool, take it out and garnish with leftover fruit slices and serve!
