It’s perfect for when you’re wanting something sweet, as it tastes just like a thick and creamy chia shake. You’ll be craving this yummy chia pudding all summer long. But, wait a moment. We missed the most important attribute of this superfood: its versatility. Chia seeds gel with myriad flavors and can be used in a host of dishes—either as a topping, spread, in a muffin, or the dressing of a pudding.

Chia Pudding Recipe
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Resting time: 2-3 hours
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
For Orange Layer
- One tablespoon Slurrp Farm Chia Seeds
- 150 Ml – freshly squeezed orange juice
- Sweetener of your choice
For White Layer
- One tablespoon Slurrp Farm Chia Seeds
- 150 Ml – milk (plain milk/ coconut milk/ almond milk
- Sweetener of your choice
For Green Layer
- One tablespoon Slurrp Farm Chia Seeds
- One – Green Kiwi
- 150 Ml of water
- Sweetener of your choice
Instructions:
1. For the orange layer: Take orange juice in a small bowl, mix chia seeds and sweetener of your choice and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
2. For the white layer: Take milk in a bowl, add sweetener of your choice, add 2 teaspoon nut powder, and chia seeds. Mix well and rest for 2-3 hours.
3. For the green layer: In a blender, blend together kiwi and water. Then mix chia seeds in the kiwi puree and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
Assembly:
1. In a tall glass first add the kiwi chia pudding, followed by the milk chia pudding and then the orange chia pudding.
2. Serve top with nuts if you want.
